It has been a whole 20 years since Kraš, for the first time, obtained certification to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard in 1997. During this period, with an established, documented and maintained quality system in place, we have made continual improvement to the system according to guidelines and requirements of our customers and loyal consumers.
Within quality, environmental and energy efficiency policies, operational objectives and targets are set that are continuously monitored, measured, and analysed. The system is continuously monitored and checked through a system of self-checks, internal audits, supplier audits, supervisory audits performed by external certification bodies, and from time to time, by regular or prospective customers.
By fulfilling the requirements of environmental, food health & safety and quality standards, Kraš has developed an integrated management system, incorporating the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS, HACCP, Kosher and Halal standards.
Since 2011, we have been conducting surveys on consumer satisfaction on a representative sample of consumers from 1,000 households, carried out by IPSOS PULS, an independent market research agency working on our behalf. In 2016, the consumer satisfaction index was 85.37.
