Supervisory Board

Zoran Parać

CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

He graduated from the University of Zagreb Law School in 1975. He received his master’s degree in 1982 and his doctorate degree in 1989, both from the University of Zagreb Law School.

He joined the Zagreb Commercial Court in 1976 and Belupo Pharmaceuticals in 1978. In 1981 he started working for the Law School in Zagreb. Also since 1981 he has been acting as a legal adviser to several companies on projects encompassing acquisition, restructuring and privatisation, share capital increase, etc.

In the early 1990s, he was engaged in projects of legal transformation of numerous companies into joint-stock companies as well as in several legislative projects. He published over hundred papers on Company Law and Commercial Law.

He was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board in 2000. In 2013, he was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and in 2016, his term of office as Chairman of the Supervisory Board was extended through re-election.

Ivan Dropulić

VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

He received his Bachelor´s degree from the Faculty of International Trade in Zagreb in 1979 and his Master´s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb in 1983. 

He gained his professional experience in business at Elka, cable manufacturer; the Institute for Development and International Relations; Progres d.o.o. and Jadransko osiguranje d.o.o. 

Since 1998, he has been occupying senior managerial positions at Euroherc životno osiguranje, HAK usluge d.o.o. Veritas osiguranje d.d. and Agram Concern. 

Since 2014, he has been working at Kreditna banka Zagreb d.d. (Agram banka d.d.), where he currently holds a role of Executive Director. 

Ante Šalinović

MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

He graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Department of Sociology in 2005. 

He gained his professional experience in market research, public opinion and media at market research agencies Puls, Mediana Flores, Stratego and Ipsos Puls. 

Since 2015, he has been Director of Ipsos Connect, a business unit of Ipsos Puls that incorporates media research and advertising, in charge of eight countries in the region (Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Albania). 

He has been a co-author of a number of scientific and professional papers in the field of sports and marketing.

Aleksandar Seratlić

MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. 

He acquired his expertise in strategic planning, change management, strategic negotiation as well as in development of employees and organisational culture by performing senior managerial roles at Ledo, Adris Group, Idea, Mercator S and SBB. 

Since 2019, he has been a CEO at MPC Holding, a leading regional business platform for managing real estate and distribution of consumer goods.

Vedran Tolić

MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, in 1982.

He began his working career at Ferimport as a trainee. There he continued his career as a Wholesale Salesperson, Deputy Head of Wholesale Department, and Head of Wholesale Department. From 1982 to 1996, he held the position of Wholesale Manager.

In 1997, he was promoted to Managing Director of Dubrava-promet d.d. Zagreb. In 2003, he joined Osimpex Company d.o.o., Osijek as Sales Manager.

He was elected to the Supervisory Board of Kraš in 2016.

Nevena Pivac

MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

She graduated with a Business Administration degree from John Cabot University in Rome in 1999. Between 2000 and 2003, she worked as Marketing Department Manager at MI Braća Pivac d.o.o. In 2003, she was appointed Executive Board Member at the Management Board of PPK d.d. Karlovac. In this role, she was in charge of developing company´s organisational structure, defining and applying organisational procedures, managing and supervising capital projects and was responsible for finance and accounting, IT system, purchasing and HR functions.

In July of 2017, she was appointed Advisor to the Management Board and since then, has been working closely together with Board Members in making decisions on issues of strategic importance for the company.

She was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of Kraš in 2019.

Ana Mikuš Beban

MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb in 1983. Starting her career in Kraš in 1984 as an intern, since 1985 she worked in the fields of planning, analysis and controlling in the positions of Plan and Analysis Officer and Head of Department.

In 2004 she worked as the Director of the Controlling Service, and since 2005 she worked as the Internal Auditor of Kraš. As of 2020, she is in the position of the Deputy Director of the Controlling Service.

She was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board in 2020 by the Workers' Council, as a representative of the workers.
